The deadlines for collecting prizes are March 27, 28 and 29, based on the date of the competition played
In December of 2023, thank you to SuperEna's special “New Year's Show” initiativelotto Superstar, have been assigned 900 guaranteed prizes from 10 thousand euros each, over the course of 3 consecutive special competitions (n. 180 of Thursday 28 December 2023; n. 181 of Friday 29 December 2023 and n. 182 of Saturday 30 December 2023).

If you have made one win, by winning one of the €10.000 Special Prizes, you must go to a collection point of your choice between:
- The Rewards Payment Point closest to you
- - Sisal Awards Offices from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 13.00:
- Via Ugo Bassi, 6 – 20159 – Milan
- Viale Sacco e Vanzetti, 89 – 00155 – Rome
If you won with a bet online, you have to present the printout of the detail of the winning play, showing the code of your game and the identification code of your gaming account, as well as a valid identity document and your tax code.
As required by the remote gaming regulations, payment for winnings exceeding €5.200 will only be authorized following verification by a special Commission established by the Customs and Monopolies Agency.
If, however, you have played in receiving office must present the winning, intact and original gaming receipt, as well as a valid identity document and your tax code.
The payment of the winnings will be made by bank transfer, after booking the payment.
Also in this case, the receipt of the winning bet must be submitted by the 90th day following to the publication of the Official Bulletin on the website www.superenalotto.com.
