Officer Marko Stojanovic admitted 15 violations of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP)

The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) has confirmed that Croatian tennis referee Marko Stojanovic has been suspended from the sport for five years and six months after admitting breaches of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP).

Stojanovic, a national-level official, admitted committing 15 TACP breaches, including manipulating data from matches where he was an official to facilitate betting.

Stojanovic, who is nationally accredited and has refereed ITF tournaments, cooperated fully with the ITIA investigation and accepted an agreed sanction, waiving his right to a hearing before an independent anti-corruption official. Stojanovic was also fined $25.000, of which $18.750 was suspended.

The official's agreed sanction began on February 19, 2024 and will end at midnight on August 18, 2029.

During the suspension, Stojanovic is prohibited from officiating or participating in any tennis events sanctioned or sanctioned by the members of the ITIA (ATP, ITF, WTA, Tennis Australia, Fédération Française de Tennis, Wimbledon and USTA).

The ITIA is an independent body established by its members to promote, encourage, improve and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis throughout the world.
