This is what was reported by the Tripadvisor site, "the largest travel portal in the world", which collected 117 reviews from travellers. The gambling house is judged «excellent» by 20 people, "very good" out of 29, "average" out of 33, "poor" out of 22 and "very bad" out of 13. The final grade is three out of five dots.
Tourists are more generous with the other "strong points" of the city: in first place among the attractions is the cycle path, with 4,5 dots and 229 reviews, almost all enthusiastic. Followed by Bussana vecchia, Whale Watching, the Russian church and the generic Valle Argentina. Before arriving at the casino, the ranking also includes the Pigna, Villa Nobel and the gardens, Corso Imperatrice, Sanremo Cetacei. Even the Ariston Theater is preferred by Tripadvisor users to the historic casino.
Many travelers who stopped at the Sanremo casino wanted to share opinions, emotions and photos, bringing out the lights and shadows of what is also defined as an "elegant and prestigious building, unique of its kind from the outside". Negatives are not spared, however: «Inside it is not kept very well: it would need a refurbishment in a classic style, slightly dated slots and not of the latest generation but on the other hand it must remain of its style and therefore the slots of yesteryear enrich the vintage whole».
