As part of the “December in safety 2023” project, promoted by the Lombardy Region and aimed at organizing an extraordinary local police activity in the regional territory from 1 to 17 December 2023, the Local Police of Mantua carried out an intense activity of supervision and prevention in the field of urban safety, road and commercial traffic. On 9, 13, 14 and 15 December, a total of over 60 operators were employed, in the 17.00pm/02.00am time slots.
Among the various activities, around ten shops and public establishments and all the amusement arcades in the city were checked. Three violations were confirmed regarding timetables and price advertising.
