The first meeting of. will be held today, Monday January 8th, in Milan Serie A League of 2024. Among the topics on the agenda are the audio-visual rights for the 2024/2025 seasons and the 2024-2029 rights. In particular, on this point, we will talk about Data Licenses (national and international territories) and Betting Streaming Licenses (international territories).
At the center of the discussion is the point relating to Data Licenses (at national and international level) and Betting Streaming Licenses (international territories), from which the clubs have earned approximately 17 million euros in the three-year period 2021-2024. The new sale could bring an increase of 100%, so more or less 36 million euro.
The decision on these points was expected at the end of last November. However, the scheduled assembly meeting was postponed.
On 28 November the Lega Serie A received the extension to 31 January 2024 for the offer concerning the "AV Rights 2024-2029: Data Licenses (national and international territories) e Betting streaming licenses (international territories)”. Hence the postponement to the first useful date of 2024.
