Another lucky scratch card, from the "New 100X" series, was instead sold - at a cost of 20 euros - in Vittorio Veneto, in the province of Treviso, at the Tabaccheria Duomo located in the Ceneda district, in Piazza Papa Giovanni Paolo I, 26. The winning ticket was purchased on August 5th, but the news only spread today. A local pensioner won the loot.
