Florence: Romanian arrested with stolen scratch cards

(Jamma) He had 66 winning 'scratch cards' but all results were stolen in the Pistoia area: for this reason a 28-year-old Romanian was arrested by the police in Florence. The young man, already known to the police, was stopped for a check by the agents last night in Florence. He was in possession of the 66 winning 'scratch cards', prizes worth over 400 euros, all found to have been stolen a few hours earlier in a tobacconist's shop.
