Signed between the Public Prosecutor's Office of Brindisi, in the person of the Deputy Prosecutor Dr. Antonio Negro, Vicar of the Prosecutor dr. Antonio De Donno, and the Territorial Directorate for Puglia, Molise and Basilicata of the Customs and Monopolies Agency, represented by the Director Dr. Domenico Frisario, the agreement aimed at making investigations into the fight against drug trafficking more effective and timely.

The stipulated agreement will allow the Deputy Public Prosecutor's Office of Brindisi to make use of the ADM chemical laboratory in Bari and will guarantee, through the use of technologically cutting-edge instruments, the rapid analytical assessment of the narcotic substances subject to seizure, using certified test methodologies.

The Agreement constitutes the application of the Framework Agreement stipulated between the Ministry of Justice and ADM, which defines the guidelines for the assignment, by the Judicial Authority, of appraisal and technical consultancy tasks in the field of qualitative-quantitative analyzes of finds of narcotic and psychotropic substances.

The intervention of chemical officials as technical consultants will allow their participation in the sampling operations ordered by the Judicial Authority, with the application of procedures suitable to guarantee their full validity from a legal and analytical point of view and their formal and substantial unassailability , of the analysis results.
