The Nerazzurri under the spotlight at San Siro on Easter Monday. The 2nd of the Tuscans reached double figures at 12,10

Easter Monday under the spotlight for league leaders Inter who will take to the field next Monday 1st April, at 20pm, to play the match scheduled for the thirtieth matchday of the Easter weekend at San Siro. He will do the honors at an Empoli team which, with twenty-five points, is just one point out of the relegation zone and, therefore, still in full struggle to avoid falling to Serie B after three seasons in the top division which arrived on 45 May three years ago ago after a triumphal championship led by Alessio Dionisi. Heads and tails, therefore, between two teams who now only aspire to move up the rankings and thus give substance to their seasonal objectives.

Inter have an excellent record against Empoli in Serie A, having won 17 of their last 20 matches, having scored 40 goals, conceded just 13 and kept a clean sheet in 10 of their last 15 matches. However, they lost their last home match against the Tuscans on January 23 last year with a goal from Tommaso Baldanzi. The Nerazzurri have faced the Azzurri 31 times in Serie A, winning 23 games, drawing 3 and losing 5. No draw in Milan where in the 15 games played so far the hosts have won 13 and the guests 2.

The Nerazzurri are returning from a period that is anything but peaceful due to the elimination from the Champions League, the draw with Napoli, the Acerbi case and two important injuries which will significantly weaken the defense which will have to do without De Vrij and the goalkeeper Sommer both returning from injuries with the national teams. There will, however, be Acerbi, acquitted by the sports judge, who will take his place in the center of the back line, flanked by Pavard and Bastoni. In goal, if the Swiss doesn't make it, it will be Audero's turn. On the external lanes Dumfries and Dimarco are very confirmed with Calhanoglu who as usual will act in the control room supported by Barella and Mkhitaryan. In attack, Inzaghi should propose the Thuram – Lautaro Martinez tandem or alternatively Sanchez.

Full infirmary at the Empoli house. Davide Nicola will have to give up Ismaili, Ebuehi, Grassi and Marin, as well as the disqualified Maleh. The former Bari player Caprile will take his place between the posts behind a defense that this time will be a four-man defense with Walukiewicz and Luperto as central defenders and Bereszynski and Cacace as full-backs. The midfield has also been revisited where Kovalenko should find space in the center and Zurkowski and Fazzini on the external lanes. In attack, Caputo could be preferred to Niang or Destro with Cancellieri and Cambiaghi forming the trident.

Popular odds for Inter's success are proposed on the blackboard by BetFlag which banks the 1 at 1,22, very far from the double-digit two 12,10 and with the X multiplying by 6,55. Serie A's top scorer Lautaro Martinez is once again first in the special ranking of the first or last scorer of the match at 3,80, then Thuram at 5,00, Sarr at 6,25, Sanchez at 6,50, Calhanoglu and Arnautovic at 6,75, Frattesi at 7,50, Mkhitaryan at 8,50, Klassen at 8,75 and then gradually all the others.
