For Italian Bingo an almost debut on the stock exchange to raise 9 million euros

 

(Jamma) Italian bingo debuts on the Stock Exchange. Almost. On November 15th, Mille Uno Bingo SpA officially entered the Extra Mot Pro market of Borsa Italiana-LSE with a bond issue for a total of €30 million with a 5-year amortising duration and a floating rate equal to 3m Euribor plus 5,60 %.

Through the bond instrument, the company that operates in the management of bingo halls intends to raise funds over a maximum period of 6 months to finance its growth and development plans in the bingo sector.

€9 million have already been subscribed, with the participation of local banks and some funds.

The economics of Mille Uno Bingo Spa are significant: shareholders' equity around 32 million Euros, revenues around 40 million Euros with 10 million EBIDTA and 8 million EBIT.

The operation sees Kep Consulting Finance as financial advisor and Banca della Marca as arranger bank.

Who is THOUSAND ONE BINGO SPA

The Group is made up of various companies, mainly operating in the Legal Gaming sector, like the parent company Mille Uno Bingo Spa. However, the Group's activity also diversifies into other sectors, ranging from industrial production to the world of printing and first level communication to important activities in the real estate, construction and maintenance services sector, to a specialized 360° intermediation activity in the gaming sector. Furthermore, a women's volleyball sports club which plays in the top national and European leagues and which participated in a tender for the construction of a multi-purpose sports building with futuristic characteristics is part of the Group.

 

History

In 2001 Mille Uno Bingo srl was born and began its business by managing the halls of Zoppola (Pordenone) and Musile (Venice). In the same year Duemilauno Bingo srl was also established, which began its activity by acquiring the government concession for the game of Bingo in the Rimini hall. 2004 Mille Uno Bingo srl acquires 50% of Bingo Amico srl, owner of the Treviso concession. 2005 Quattromilauno Bingo srl acquires 100% of Isola Verde srl, owner of the bingo concession in Modena (in 2012 Quattromilauno Bingo srl will then be merged into Duemilauno Bingo srl). Bingo Amico srl buys the hall in Lanciano. 2007 Mille Uno Bingo Srl purchases 50% of the shares in AOG Srl, owner of the concessions in Rome San Paolo, Rome Aventino, Milan Washington, Milan Azzurro, Pavia, Arezzo and Turin. In the same year, Mille Uno Bingo srl made further investments by also acquiring the halls of Centallo, Cesano Maderno, Padua and Rome Araldo. Bingo Amico srl buys the hall in Conegliano. o.146113 2008 Duemilauno Bingo srl acquires 100% of the shares in Bingo King srl, owner of the bingo concession in Genoa. Tremilauno srl (a 100% subsidiary of Duemilauno Bingo srl) acquires 50% of the shares in Invest Gaming srl, holder of the bingo concessions in Trieste and Mantua. 2010 Mille Uno Bingo Srl acquires 100% of Duemilauno Bingo Srl. Invest Gaming srl acquires the Florence and Piacenza halls. 2012 Europrint Srl buys the halls of Livorno and Legnano. 2013 Europrint Srl buys the hall in Sirmione and sells the hall in Livorno to Bingo Amico Srl. Mille Uno Bingo Srl becomes a limited company. Invest Gaming srl acquires 100% of the shares in SE.DI.L Srl, owner of three bingo halls in Brescia, Verona and Loano.
