The Gauselmann Group is proud to announce the next step forward in the gaming and entertainment market in the UK. The Gauselmann Group has indeed become a minority shareholder in Scepter Leisure – Britain's second largest AWP operator and indeed the largest independent AWP operator.
The Gauselmann Group is increasingly dedicating itself to the UK market. The step-by-step process actually started in 2008 with the purchase of a stake in Blueprint Gaming – one of the most successful developers of cross-platform digital games. The next important step was taken in October last year with one of the largest investments by the group ever made before, ie the purchase of the Praesepe Group for approximately 100.000.000 euros. With over 170 entertainment centers and bingo clubs in the UK, the Gauselmann Group is now firmly established in the Adult Gaming Center (AGC) and bingo club market through the Praesepe Group.
