Codere organizes a special evening with dinner, bingo and Cuban show for New Year's Eve in the Gaming Hall Bingo Re, Via Siponto 11, Rome.
Appointment on Tuesday 31 December from 20.00 with a menu that includes a rich aperitif with canapés, small pizzas and rustic dishes, appetizers of ham, lonzino, shortcrust pastry with solomon, octopus and baked ricotta, first courses with small dumplings with grouper sauce, rocket pesto and olives, and trofie with crunchy bacon, zucchini flowers, porcini mushrooms with pecorino flakes, second courses and side dishes with sea bream in a potato crust, salmon puff pastry with vegetables and mixed salad and to finish off a variety of desserts from the chef and the inevitable toast with lentils and cotechino.
The dinner, at a cost of 30 euros, also includes drinks and coffee.
