On the afternoon of 6 December 2023, the Carabinieri carried out an extraordinary operation in the Aurora neighborhood of Turin. The soldiers of the Torino Oltre Dora Company, together with the staff of the Carabinieri Cinofili Unit of Volpiano (TO) and the Customs and Monopolies agency of Turin, carried out a "high impact" check of the territory.
The inspection activities focused on various commercial establishments, revealing situations of violation of current regulations. In particular, the owner of a games room was sanctioned with a fine of 11.000 euros for installing a virtual gaming machine without the authorization required by law. The business was subjected to seizure, together with the proceeds of 805 euros. During the operation, 30 people were identified and 8 vehicles checked, confirming the meticulous and careful work of the Carabinieri.
