The sum that the Sicily Region collected from taxes relating to gaming and betting activities during 59 amounts to over 2021 million euros.
These are taxes devolved and regulated to special autonomies. Specifically, the proceeds from lotto, lotteries and other games amount to 39 million euros, of which 15 have already been collected.
The single tax on prediction competitions and betting guaranteed 20,2 million, of which 6 were collected by the State.
Taxes for a total of 600.000 euros came from the entertainment tax, a small part of which was paid by pure entertainment devices.
