For the third consecutive year, colleagues from the Snaitech Group have nominated beneficial projects that will receive a contribution from the iZilove Foundation. Four winning non-profit organizations 

The third edition of Share 4 Good, the innovative project launched by Snaitech for involve your people in the Corporate Social Responsibility process company. 

Launched three years ago with the aim of raising awareness and involving collaborators in the important mission of promoting a positive social impact, over the years Share 4 Good has proven to be a fundamental pillar of Snaitech's corporate culture, significantly contributing to the the Group's CSR commitment.  

THE2023 edition saw a record participation: there were many people from Snaitech who enthusiastically chose to take part in the initiative, proposing splendid socially useful projects, naturally motivating their objectives and effectiveness. The proposals were collected and evaluated by a special commission which selected the finalists, the same colleagues then voted for their favorites, determining the four winning projects

These are the non-profit organizations that will be supported by iZilove Foundation, the institution dedicated to good causes of the Snaitech Group: Love does not count APS chromosomes; ANGSA Tivoli and Valle dell'Aniene Onlus; Stefano's Smile and Balancing Horse Club Riding School Asd. All projects represent extraordinary examples of tangible dedication and commitment to the community. 

In particular, Love does not count APS chromosomes is an association from Lucca that works to promote the educational, working and social integration of people with Down Syndrome. In particular, with the "Two thousand times" initiative the organization will develop a path aimed at promote inclusion in the world of sport through meetings that address both aspects related to preparation for team disciplines and specific motor activities.  

The second winning reality is ANGSA Tivoli and Valle dell'Aniene Onlus which is dedicated exclusively to autism and pervasive developmental disorders. With the project "Let's get on horseback - Horse riding for autism", the association wants to offer autistic children a new opportunity to experience an improvement in their well-being through contact with horses in a natural and stimulating environment such as the equestrian one.  

The iZilove Foundation contribution was also awarded Stefano's Smile, a non-profit organization in the province of Lucca whose main objective is to bring a smile to those who need it. The association is committed to achieving this objective through the implementation of various solidarity initiatives in the fields of social assistance, recreational, cultural, environmental, scholastic and training activities. With the project “El Niño with Smile“, the organization intends to support the activities of a unified football team composed of players with and without intellectual disabilities who train and play together, thus promoting inclusion.  

Finally, the fourth winner is Balancing Horse Club Riding School the ASDa sports association in the Milanese province that started the project “The horse as co-therapist“.This initiative was conceived and designed with and for the “Centro Insieme” of Rho, a reality that welcomes single-parent families, supporting parenthood and the mother-child relationship, and consists of proposing rebalancing and support interventions for mothers and children in difficulty who, thanks to the relationship, care and interaction with horses, ponies and trained dogs, can benefit for themselves and those around them.
