The Tar Napoli rejected the appeal against the refusal of the Police Headquarters of the capital to issue an authorization pursuant to art.88 Tulps for the activity of collecting bets in the Municipality of Bacoli (NA). The Tar judged the measurement of the minimum distance from sensitive places to be correct (not respected).
"This distance, also in the light of the documented replies provided by the respondent administrations, appears correctly calculated according to criteria that take into account the road axes and, therefore, on the basis of the shortest pedestrian distances", reads the device.
