The ADM makes known the determination it establishes the types of bonuses that the dealers can offer for fixed odds bets on events other than horse racing and on non-sporting events, as well as the methods of communicating bonuses to the national totalizator.
The types of bonuses that can be offered for placing an odds bet
fixed are:
a) bonus with full winnings: the amount paid to the player, in the event of a winning or refund, is determined based on the provisions of articles 6 and 10 of the Minister's decree
of the economy and finances 1 August 2022, n. 145;
b) bonus with reduced winnings: the amount paid to the player, in the event of a win or refund, is equal to the difference between the amount of the win or refund as calculated pursuant to articles 6 and 10 of the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance 1 August 2022, n. 145, and the value of the bonus used by the player to place the fixed odds bet;
c) bonus with bonus win: the amount paid to the player, in the event of a win or refund, is
determined based on the provisions of articles 6 and 10 of the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance of 1 August 2022, n. 145, and is credited in the form of a bonus.
- The type of bonus referred to in letter c) of paragraph 1 can only be offered for placing an online bet.
