What are the legislator's objectives with the reorganization of the games? Maybe they're just treasury workers?
"The dealers to operate in Italy they will have to pay three fees: a one-off fee that goes from the previous 250 thousand euros to 7 million euros; an annual fee equal to 3% of net revenues, equal to double the fee expected in the past; an annual fee equal to 0,2% of revenues as a contribution to information campaigns to combat gambling addiction".
What will the operators do and what will happen to small and medium-sized companies?
"The first complaints are already being recorded but then large groups will adapt to the system and take the place of small entrepreneurs in the sector. The time is ripe for economic and operational alliances."
But what will happen to small entrepreneurs, those who have experienced the gaming system since the 90s?
"The legislator did not protect them by directing his attention elsewhere."
