The tickets for the 2023 Italian Lottery will be drawn today. The draw will be carried out in a public session under the control of the "Committee for the completion of operations relating to deferred draw lotteries" composed, among others, of the director of the Games Department of the Customs and Monopolies Agency, Mario Lollobrigida. The extraction will take place at the Agency's headquarters in Piazza Mastai in Rome. This year, over 6 million 700 thousand tickets were sold and daily prizes worth 840 thousand euros were distributed, also communicated during the television program "Affari Tuoi". The number and amounts of the Lottery prizes, excluding the first of 5 million euros, already established by the "Regulations for the awarding of prizes of the Italian Lottery 2023" which can be consulted on the website adm.gov.it, will be defined today during the Committee meeting and subsequently, during the television program "Affari Tuoi", the tickets winning the First Category prizes will be announced.
No form of withholding or withdrawal is applied to winnings of any amount from the Italian Lottery, the sums corresponding to the winning tickets will be credited in full.
