A signature in favor of the spirit of collaboration between people, inclusiveness and responsibility. This is what the Chief People Officer of the company added today Lottonut, Josephine Falcucci, with the group signing the Non-hostile and inclusive communication manifesto.

A decalogue made up of simple principles to follow in order to always maintain good relationships with others, whether it is interacting on a social network or in real life. For example, the message that invites you to listen before speaking to stimulate patience, understanding and empathy towards others or the one that encourages you to remember that words have consequences because they can hurt or heal, support or crush. A card created for the digital world but whose application is certainly not limited to the web sphere alone.

The accession of Lottomatica is part of the broader path started by the group on the issues of diversity & inclusion, this is one of the initiatives embraced with the aim of building and promoting an open and inclusive culture. In this sense, the fight against hostile verbal communication constitutes a necessary and fundamental step to spread a positive attitude and encourage reflection and awareness in the choice of words in one's family, social and work context, not only in the digital one.

“We are thrilled to join the manifesto promoted by the Parole O_Stili association led by Rosy Russo”, commented Falcucci, who then added: “We believe that knowing how to choose the right words represents a fundamental first step towards breaking down prejudices and stereotypes”. In this sense – the Chief People Officer finally recalled Lottomatica – “we are committed as a group to promoting a working environment based on the principles of mutual respect and collaboration, not only within our organization, but also in our respective social contexts”.
