IGT announces changes to the leadership and composition of the Board of Directors

Marco Drago announces his intention to leave the Board of Directors. Enrico Drago appointed to the Board of Directors of IGT, will leave the position of CEO IGT PlayDigital. Gil Rotem will assume the role of President of IGT PlayDigital

International Game Technology PLC (“IGT”) (NYSE: IGT) announced that on March 21, 2024, the Board of Directors made changes to the composition of the Board and leadership. Marco Drago has announced that he will step down as a non-executive director of the IGT Board of Directors. He will conclude his mandate and leave the Board on May 14, 2024 at the end of the Company's Shareholders' Meeting.

Enrico Drago has been appointed Non-Executive Director by the IGT Board of Directors and will leave his current role as CEO of IGT PlayDigital. Gil Rotem, currently President of iGaming, will expand his role as President of IGT PlayDigital, reporting directly to Vince Sadusky, CEO of IGT. These changes will be effective starting from 1 April 2024. Enrico Drago will continue to hold the role of vice president of De Agostini SpA

Biographies of the Administrator and Management

Marco Drago: Marco Drago has been a non-executive director of the Board of IGT since the Company was established in April 2015. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of B&D Holding SpA, a position he has held since 2018. After having held the position of Chairman from 1997 to 2022, Marco Drago has become President Emeritus of De Agostini SpA, the holding company of the De Agostini Group. He is also Vice President of Grupo Planeta-De Agostini SL, a position he has held since 2003, and he is honorary President of De Agostini Editore SpA, a position assumed after having been a member of the Board of Directors from 1999 to 2020. Furthermore, he holds the role of : (i) member of the Board of Directors of Atresmedia SA. (since 2003); (ii) sole director of Blu Acquario Prima SpA and Investendo Tre Srl, (since 2012 and 2022 respectively). He previously served as: (i) director and member of the Supervisory Board of San Faustin SA from 1996 to 2023; and (ii) director of Crescita Holding Srl from 2016 to 2021. Marco Drago has over 55 years of professional experience and graduated in Economics and Business from Bocconi University in Milan. Marco Drago is the father of Enrico Drago, CEO of IGT PlayDigital.

Enrico Drago: Enrico Drago is CEO of PlayDigital at IGT, a position he has held since September 2021. He previously served as Senior Vice President of PlayDigital from 2018 until assuming his current role. Since June 2021, he has held the role of Vice President of De Agostini SpA. Enrico Drago boasts a total of 25 years of professional experience. He graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and obtained a Master in Business Administration from IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona, ​​Spain.

Gil Rotem: Gil Rotem joined IGT in 2021 as President of iGaming for IGT PlayDigital. Since joining the Company, he has supported PlayDigital to achieve a leadership position in the global iGaming market, complete the acquisition of iSoftBet and grow its games portfolio. Gil Rotem has over two decades of experience in the iGaming industry. Prior to joining IGT, Gil Rotem spent nearly 15 years at bet365, a UK-based gaming company, where he was Group Director of Gaming Strategy, also serving on the company's Board of Directors and was responsible for strategic planning and operations.
