“Two other important nudges that we have identified are: 5 minute detox and the event of the day. In the first case it is important to raise players' awareness of the importance of disconnecting and taking a break, allowing them to get out of their routines. In the second case, by making the rooms multifunctional places where it is possible to participate in activities and events that encourage sociality, it is possible to ensure that the community (gamers and non-gamers) frequent the room to take part in activities alternative to gaming" .
