Online gaming concessionaires are required to pay, by 15 January 2024, with tax code 5497, the first installment for 2024 of the onerous extension of the concession, pursuant to article 1, paragraph 123, of the budget law for 2023 .
The Budget Law in fact provides for the extension, for consideration, until 31 December 2024, of certain concessions for the remote collection of public games expiring on 31 December 2022.
It also provides for a 15 percent increase in the one-off fee paid by the interested dealers.
January 15th is also the deadline for the payment of the third installment of the one-off fee (art. 1, paragraph 124, law 197/2022) of €51.750,00.
