The hearing relating to various appeals presented by as many Bingo concessionaires regarding the extension of the concessions as envisaged by the 2023 Budget Law was held today at the Lazio TAR, Rome Section.
The appeal requested the cancellation of the note referring to the payment of the amount due as a fee and the relative increase.
The Board deferred the merits to 22 November 2023. For the precautionary measures, the ordinances are expected in the next few hours.
