After carrying out a profound reorganization of the central offices, in order to make the administrative action of the Customs and Monopolies Agency more efficient and rational, the Director of ADM, Cons. Robert Alesse (in the photo), yesterday signed an important resolution which formalises the launch of an administrative procedure functional to the definition and activation of a new organizational model of the territorial structures of the Agency.

To this end, the resolution establishes a Select Committee, made up of both central and territorial top managers, which will identify the best administrative solutions for completing the administrative reorganization of the Body, implementing the enhancement of the Territorial Departments in the name of efficiency, simplification of administrative action and application uniformity of procedures.

The Select Committee will have to define the number, size, competence - functional and territorial - and the internal structure of the Territorial Departments and related Offices, by identifying a new standardized organizational model to be applied, as a rule, throughout the national territory, identifying, at the same time, dedicated solutions for the territorial structures characterized by specific needs.

The reorganization of the territorial structures of ADM also aims at the definitive completion, also on the territory, of the wall incorporation of the Agency of the former Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies (AAMS), in order to ensure an effective osmosis between the employees who enhance their specialist skills, providing economic operators and other users with a more efficient public service.

Finally, the top management of ADM ensured that, in the preparation of the organizational acts functional to the reform of the territorial structures of the Agency, relations with the trade union organizations will be maintained constant, in an inclusive perspective and of full collaboration, also through the activation of the Agency's Joint Organization for Innovation.
