Tar Lazio accepts suspension. Codacons admitted to the Observatory on gambling addiction

(Jamma) The Customs and Monopolies Agency will have to re-examine "the position of the Codacons for its requested inclusion in the Observatory of the risks of gambling addiction". This is what the Lazio Regional Administrative Court established, ruling - following a "summary judgment pertaining to the present precautionary office" - on the request for suspension made by the consumers' association. According to the administrative judge, the reasons expressed by Codacons appear to be shared, "having particular regard to the content of the notes of the Department of Anti-Drug Policies of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as well as, objectively, to the role and action carried out for some time by the plaintiff in the sector which concerns ”.
