(Jamma) The conference on gambling addiction organized by Codacons, entitled "Responsible gaming, a possible challenge", held today in Minsk, Belarus, had a very positive outcome.
We are happy with the large turnout encountered during the conference - explains Codacons - The interventions of the Italian Ambassador in Belarus aroused much interest, of Codacons Presidents Carlo Rienzi and Marco Ramadori, of Tatiana Dombrovskaya, head of the Department of gambling licenses and control of the Republic of Belarus, of Carlo Pileri, President of Codaction, of important psychologists of the local university and of other experts of the Italian and Belarusian sector, including Dr. Graziano Bugatti.
The serious problem of gambling addiction is also strongly felt abroad – explains the association – During the meeting we presented the innovative system to prevent gambling addiction and protect players and the experts present at the conference representing Belarus stated that the country will soon be adopting a system to control gaming machines and slot machines, thus making a strong contribution to the prevention of gambling addiction.
