As reported by STS, following a promptly organized meeting with the top management of Sisal, the Sports Totoricevitori Syndicate signed an agreement with Sisal under which Sisal itself undertook not to request any form of compensation from tobacconists in the event of withdrawal from the contract. This guarantee will allow associated tobacconists to exit the Sisal slot contract WITHOUT the obligation to pay any amount to Sisal. This condition will only be applied to tobacconists who undertake not to install slots with a different operator in the 24 months following withdrawal from the Sisal slot contract.
In consideration of the satisfactory outcome of the matter, we invite all our associates to regularly resume the activity of collecting the game through the machines. We would like to thank all the tobacconists who have supported us in this union action in the last frantic days, which was successfully resolved by STS thanks to the demonstration of compactness of the category.
