The Company's commitment to Responsible Gaming is recognized at the highest levels of international standards

Sisal got it for the fifth time in a row the renewal of certifications European Lotteries (EL) e World Lottery Association (WLA) al maximum level (4th) on the subject of Responsible Gaming, obtaining the maximum score for adhering to the European Lotteries Responsible Gaming Framework in seven sections: responsible gaming governance, points of sale, game design, player education, stakeholder engagement, research and entertainment machines.

This recognition is proof of the Company's ever-increasing commitment and attention to Responsible Gaming issues, perceptible from all the activities that Sisal implements towards its employees, retailers and consumers, within a long-term strategy that aims to achieve the ambitious goal of zero problem online gamblers by 2030.

For 12 years, Sisal's Responsible Gaming program has been subjected every 3 years to a careful and scrupulous certification process, carried out on increasingly strict parameters, by an independent third party to verify the Company's actual commitment in terms of development of a balanced and conscious gaming culture based on player protection and total prevention of excessive gaming behavior and prohibition of gaming by minors. With this objective, A.D.A. was recently implemented. (Anti Dependence Algorithm), an Artificial Intelligence system which aims to guarantee a game away from excesses and which arises from Sisal's great attention to technological innovation and behavioral research at the service of an increasingly safe and sustainable.
