“Today, a meeting was held to begin the mandate of the STS provincial representatives, the first of 2024. Born from an idea of the current national steering committee, led by Emilio Zamparelli (pictured) and taking office in November 2022, these meetings serve to officially welcome all new STS provincial representatives. These are newly appointed representatives but not necessarily at their first experience: the changes in STS positions, in fact, for the majority of cases simply depend on the natural expiry of the FIT provincial councils and their relative renewal: if the council decides to re-entrust itself to the outgoing provincial representative, a new mandate begins for him anyway". This is what he wrote in a note Union of sports receivers.
“Greeting and welcoming the newly installed representatives, whether veterans or their first experience, taking stock of the general situation of the game in our country today, listing the problems we are facing, giving suggestions and the right in-printing, are just some of the aspects that are addressed in the meetings at the beginning of the mandate. The appointment, therefore, is an essential element for correct alignment - bidirectional - between the territory and national bodies. The national president and the steering committee wished everyone present a good job: the challenges that loom on the horizon are different and all important. Maximum participation in the life of the union is therefore necessary", concludes STS.
