The SAPAR association informs its members that from 15 September to 15 October next the associations representing the entertainment equipment sector have the right to submit to theCustoms agency and monopolies requests for insertion of new types of devices within the Amee list referred to in the Determination of 5 July 2022.
Given that in the light of current legislation, the insertion of devices referred to in paragraph 7 letter A (eg cranes) and C (eg video games) as well as interactive or ticket-issuing devices cannot be requested, the National Association Sapar is available to act as spokesperson for the reports that the associates will want to send in this regard by telephone (06/4402718) or via e-mail boxes [email protected] e [email protected].
