There is already a proposal in the drawer, which is concrete because tools to bring order already exist. We need a permanent work table to bring the certified training path that we have designed to life. It is certainly necessary to certify the skills of the operators, but also those of the new professional profiles. Training doesn't have to come later to solve. We are in a phase of ethical transition, continuous awareness is needed. We need to talk. All operators must become aware that digital is next to us, we must also work in the online field".
