Tax delegation. Approved amendment Causes: possible reorganization of the tax agencies for the FLP

(Jamma) The Finance Commission of the Chamber approved yesterday, during the examination of the tax delegation, the amendment (Causes and others) to art. 1 which provides that the Government, within four months of the approval of the enabling law, in headquarters monitoring of the activities carried out, reports to the Parliamentary Commissions on the implementation status of the incorporation of the tax agencies (AAMS and Customs – Revenue and Territory) also in relation to any regulatory changes.

The discussion of the text continues today in the Commission. "At the moment - reports the FLP - the question of incorporation and the possibility of a new reorganization therefore remains open, but the paths remain to be explored as the text leaves all possibilities open".
