They officially start in Tuscany, coordinated by the regional Confcommercio, mandatory training courses for legal gaming operators, born thanks to the active collaboration between the administrative and health institutions of the Region and the companies in the sector, united by the desire to protect consumers from illegal gaming and pathological disorders.

“The Tuscan model is certainly a virtuous model that recognizes the key role we have in combating illegality and gambling addiction. "- declares Emmanuele Cangianelli, President of EGP-FIPE – This is a further step forward in the involvement of operators of the supply chain in the planning of active policies and in the definition of much more effective tools than those used so far. I'm thinking of the distance meter and time limitations for some gaming products. Well so, then! I can only thank, on behalf of the association, the leaders of the Region who have shown sensitivity and awareness towards a delicate issue. The hope is that this model can be replicated in many other regions, until it has a national scope. Our entrepreneurs are on the front line every day to protect gaming enthusiasts and this is the right way to make them more and more responsible, in defense of the rights of the most sensitive subjects but also of the sector's reputation itself."
