“Considering that the Ministry, as declared in the documents filed where the links to the relevant page of the institutional website are shown, has published three notices for the acquisition of expressions of interest for the identification of the most representative Associations in the field of gambling disorder 'gamble; noted that the appellant did not present his candidacy, contrary to what the opposing associations would have done; therefore considered that the introductory appeal and the one for additional reasons present profiles of inadmissibility and in any case on a summary knowledge they appear unfounded; considered that the costs of this precautionary phase must follow the defeat; the Regional Administrative Court for Lazio (Third Quater Section) rejects the precautionary request".
This is what we read in the ordinance with which today the Lazio Tar rejected the appeal of Codacons which requested the annulment, subject to suspension of the effectiveness, of the decree of the General Directorate of health prevention of the Ministry of Health, with which the associations were identified to be part of the Observatory for the fight against the spread of gambling and the phenomenon of serious addiction.
