“In recent days we have formally requested a moment of discussion with the Concession Gaming and Entertainment Association – AGIC, promoted by International game technology, Lottomatica, Sisal Italia and Snaitech, which represents approximately 70% of the Italian legal gaming market with over 6.600 employees. Of these 6.600 employees, approximately 46% are women who work every day to welcome players in safe, efficient places that are attentive to the well-being of customers." This is what he states in a note Antonia Campanella (in the photo), president of the Women in Play Committee.

“The Women in Play Committee – continues President Campanella – is an association made up of over 1200 workers and entrepreneurs at a national level and which has defined a series of innovative and operational proposals to protect the sector and promote effective tools to combat gamble. We are convinced, due to the innovative character of the Association and the sensitivity that the dealers have always shown towards workers and entrepreneurs in the sector, that there may be the possibility in a short time, also in light of the ongoing legislative activity linked to our sector, of a fact-finding meeting to present our proposals and possibly define a common path of public and institutional initiative. We are absolutely convinced that the reform of the sector and the health of our customers depends on careful, proactive and concerted work between all the players in the field. Our hope is that workers, entrepreneurs and dealers can, together, do a common job that is finally effective for everyone."
