Baglivo (STS): "The union's attention is very high on checks, illegal play and CTD"

(Jamma) On November 14th the National Assembly of the Sports Totoricevitori Union was held in Rome in which the Territorial Representatives took part with the members of the National Steering Committee. The National President, Giovanni Baglivo, opened the proceedings, immediately leaving the floor to the FIT National President, Giovanni Risso who, with his presence, he wanted to renew, once again, the Federation's support for the actions of our Union.

Baglivo then carried out the summary and programmatic report touching on all the topics currently of greatest interest to the category including anti-slot regulations, tobacconist controls, tax delegation, irregular remote gaming and the CTD scourge.

The Chairman underlined that, on each of these issues, the Union's attention is very high and actions are underway in the competent offices to achieve results in our favour.

The meeting also saw the welcome participation of Dr. Roberto Fanelli, Director of the central management of taxes and gaming monopoly of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. In his much appreciated speech, Fanelli assured his support for our Union, providing his personal willingness to tackle any problems together in order to arrive at solutions that satisfy everyone's interests.

The meeting continued in the afternoon to leave space for the debate on the subjects dealt with in the morning. In particular, the Territorial Representatives underlined the persistent discontent of the membership base for the fees, whose age-old issue is far from over.

At the end of the Assembly, Baglivo renewed the invitation to those present to continue to closely assist the membership base by taking charge of its requests and needs.
