ADM: Scratch cards canceled due to theft
(Jamma) The "Rights Window" says no to the "Scratch and Win" application on iPhone, iPad and Android. The state cannot encourage gambling addiction. At risk people who are sick with gambling and even minors. The permit is withdrawn immediately.
The official "Scratch and Win" application has recently landed on iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, Android smartphones and tablets without anyone raising the slightest problem.
The app allows anyone with a "Game Account" at an AAMS authorized dealer (select it from the list of authorized dealers found within the app itself) to play and bet on real Scratch & Win games. At the moment the following are available: Sette e Mezzo Mobile (1 euro); Take Tutto Mobile (5 euros); Mobile Billionaire (5 euros); Mobile Mega Billionaire (10 euros).
The ease with which it is possible to access the game and the very methods of use make it particularly captivating and therefore psychologically dangerous, especially for the weakest subjects and also for minors.
In fact, it is sufficient to download the application for free from the App Store or from authorized retailer sites, using your gaming account (or opening a new one) through which the age of majority is verified only by means of the tax code, as if also for a minor is not easy to find that of parents, grandparents or a brother, a relative or an adult friend. But it is above all the system used for "scratching" that arouses the greatest perplexity about the ill-concealed desire to exploit gambling addictions or in any case to "seduce" the user towards the game: the unmistakable gesture of "scratching" is re-proposed in the Mobile version, in a gaming experience very similar to the real one. The mechanism is simple: just swipe your finger across the touch screen of your device to reveal the winning symbols and numbers.
For Giovanni D'Agata, president and founder of the "Rights Window" it is the umpteenth scandal of a state that encourages gambling addiction with every available means, with the base purpose of confiscating resources to the detriment of thousands of citizens and families.
For these reasons, we ask that the company "Lotterie Nazionali Srl" exclusive concessionaire of the Autonomous Administration of State Monopolies, of the management service of national lotteries with instant draw (Scratch and Win) also with remote participation (Scratch and Win online ), issues an immediate provision which withdraws the authorization for the application and the immediate cancellation of the same from the digital stores.
