After the approval in recent weeks of the draft legislative decree on the reorganization of online gaming by the Council of Ministers, ASTRO has called a meeting for members for next January 11th, in Bologna, starting from 11.00 am.
The meeting will be dedicated to the analysis of the provision, the definition of the associative intervention strategies and the possible market prospects.
After the introductory report by President Astro Massimiliano Pucci (in the photo), at the center of the meeting there will be the technical analysis of the main innovations contained within the draft legislative decree which will be dealt with by Dr. Armando Iaccarino together with the lawyer. Massimo Piozzi; Dr. Pietro Ferrara will then speak in reference to the implications of the provision on the topic of the future tender and Dr. Francesco Scardovi on the possible forms of aggregation between companies envisaged by Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 (New Public Contracts Code).
The participation and intervention of doctors Roberto Fanelli and Vitaliano Casalone from the Centro Studi Gioco Pubblico is also expected.
