The topic of training today plays a main role in the discussion, especially political, which revolves around the public gaming sector.

AS.TRO has always adopted a prevention policy based on correct information and necessary training of those who, on a daily basis, find themselves in direct contact with users of the 'gaming product': ensuring that each link in the supply chain does his part therefore becomes a duty.

In Tuscany, regional law n. 57/2013 has established mandatory training courses for gaming operators which are aimed at combating and preventing pathological gaming through the recognition of risk situations, the activation of the support network and general knowledge of the current legislation on the subject. of legal gaming, with particular regard to the sanctioning rules and any local regulations.

AS.TRO, in collaboration with Staff and Cedit, has made their respective skills available to structure a training course which, in line with regional legislation, is capable of increasing the 'safety' of gaming environments.

The training courses provided by the Tuscany Region will have a total duration of 8 hours (2 hours for managers of premises dedicated to non-exclusive gaming, such as tobacconists)

The training meeting - structured into two educational modules (socio-health and legal) - will be held on December 21st, with the legal module being discussed by the lawyer. Isabella Rusciano of the As.tro Study Center, at the Cedit headquarters in Florence.

AS.TRO members are advised that, starting from January 2024, other training days will be scheduled and that, for any information, you can contact the secretarial office at [email protected]
