(Jamma) The Financ amusement and entertainment devices, have implemented a series of checks in the premises where these devices are installed.
The interventions mainly concerned the new generation devices, equipped with "remote" control tools (so-called smart cards) which make any attempts at tampering more difficult, thanks to the immediate blocking in the event of interruption of the data forwarded to the 'AAMS, and facilitate the verification of the evasion of what is due to the tax authorities by the merchants.
During this service, a device was confiscated due to tampering with the protective shell of the electronic gaming card which prevented data transmission.
This violation also resulted in the contestation of the administrative violation amounting to €4.000 against the manager.
