Tar Lazio: BPlus appeal postponed to 18 September

(Jamma) Tar Lazio, the state attorney and the lawyers of Bplus have agreed to postpone the hearing in closed session for the appeal with which the company requests the assignment of the concession for entertainment machines. In the hearing, the State Attorney's Office announced that a meeting between the top management will be held in the afternoon of State Monopolies, the Prefecture and the executives of the company, the meeting - according to what the State Attorney himself would have explained - aims to "define the issue". Bplus had been excluded from the tender for the concessions of amusement machines after the prefecture had issued an anti-mafia interdiction against the major shareholder, Francesco Corallo. The same prefecture with a provision of a few days ago suspended the disqualification, until next May, effectively removing the foreclosure from the award of the title. Today's appeal was therefore postponed to 18 September.
