From 16 October, following the hiring of 38 new managers and the related territorial assignments, Dr. Stefania Provini takes over the leadership of the Monopolies Office for Abruzzo.
The doctor Stefania Tryouts, who during his thirty-year managerial career in the Agency has already held roles of high responsibility at the Investigation Office and at the Excise Directorate, will deal, among other things, with measures to combat gambling addiction, illegal and underage gambling, and the fight against cigarette smuggling through control activities on gaming collection points and the tobacco distribution network, with the aim of protecting businesses and citizens throughout the Abruzzo region, making use of the Pescara Office and the Headquarters detached from L'Aquila.
The first operational instructions relating to this assignment were given by the interregional director for Lazio and Abruzzo, Dr. Davide Miggiano, visiting in recent days the two offices of the Customs and Monopolies Agency, present in the city of L'Aquila.
