Clarifications by ADM on the acquittal of Forlì for Promo Games

(Jamma) – Regarding the article “Promo Games: Absolution in Forlì” published this morning on Jamma.it the dr. Daniel Star, head of the AAMS Office for Emilia Romagna sent some clarifications:

1) the "seizure operations" of the equipment have not been "treated" by the manager of the AAMS Office for Emilia Romagna, but by the judicial authority, which alone has the power to assess whether there are criminal requirements for seizure of the equipment found in the public exercise. The undersigned, on the other hand, took care of the administrative verification operations of the exercise, which appeared to operate, at the time, as a point of marketing for public games, and provided the judicial authority with information about the administrative control operations performed. The evaluation of the penal precautionary needs, it is repeated, is the task of the judicial authority;

2) in the testimony before the judge, the writer confirmed the traceability of the device to the category of totems, but in no way excluded "any form of intermediation in the hands of the owner of the exercise", as this expression does not appear in any part of the testimony given.

The clarifications are necessary because from the literal content of the article, it might seem that the manager in question first "handled" the seizure operations of the appliance, then before the judge, he ruled out that there were the conditions for the seizure, information that it corresponds to the truth.
