On the evening of January 31st, as part of the administrative checks aimed at verifying the licenses of amusement arcade activities, the State Police, through operators of the local Administrative Team, for the aspects of specific competence, verified the regularity of two commercial activities located in the municipalities of Fossano and Cuneo.
Specifically, a Fossano one was checked VLT games room, whose owner was reported to the competent judicial authority for having carried out the activity through unauthorized persons, furthermore administrative sanctions were imposed for an amount of 2.888 euros with an additional sanction of suspension of the activity.
A Cuneo one was subjected to administrative control note bingo hall. The investigations revealed administrative violations relating to the license to supply drinks and food, with fines amounting to €1.856 and an additional sanction for not continuing the activity. Furthermore, with the help of the Forestry Carabinieri of the NIPAAF of Cuneo, the presence of expired and poorly preserved food was ascertained. For this reason they were placed under administrative seizure and fines amounting to €1.500 were imposed.
