The agents of the Commissariat of Niscemi (CL), together with personnel of the Customs and Monopolies Agency carried out an administrative check inside a bar in Niscemi, inside which the installation of two devices was ascertained for games that do not comply with current legislation and are not connected to the telematic network of the Customs and Monopolies Agency.
Following the assessment, various administrative fines were contested for a total of 544 thousand euros. The operation is part of the activities carried out by the Police on ministerial directives, aimed at contrasting and complying with the provisions concerning the installation of amusement devices and devices. Monitoring activity shared by the prefect and reiterated by order by the commissioner Giusy Agnello.
