The agents of the Local Police of Naples - San Lorenzo Operational Unit, in joint activity with the Customs and Monopolies Agency - Directorate of Campania, checked a gaming room ascertaining the presence of 6 slot machines altered in order to evade the controls and do not declare the collection by circumventing the connection with the Revenue Agency.
The equipment and the 5.000 euros contained in it were seized, the owner of the games room and the legal representative of the company that had installed the equipment were reported to the Judicial Authority.
Furthermore, the men of the Local Police and those of the ADM raised administrative fines for a total of 60.000 euros.
The joint operations, carried out as part of an important program for the prevention and fight against illegal gaming, will continue in all the other districts of the city.
