in recent days the agents of the Social Administrative Police Division of the Naples Police Headquarters had carried out an administrative check at a commercial establishment in Piazzale Tecchio which had led to the seizure of 15 slot machines since 3 of these were found not to be connected to the Customs and Monopolies Agency network, while another 12 were awaiting further checks.

Last morning the agents, with the collaboration of personnel from the Customs and Monopolies Agency, carried out further checks and ascertained that in 8 slot machines, through a false bottom, a second electronic card was hidden which made it possible not to account for the played and thus avoid the taxation of the sums collected.

For this reason, the operators have reported both the owner and the owner of the commercial activity for IT fraud and embezzlement, while the equipment, with the related proceeds of 6.569 euros, were subjected to criminal seizure.

In addition, another 9 slot machines were administratively seized with related proceeds of 1641 euros and the precautionary bond of the other 12 previously controlled was confirmed. Finally, the policemen raised fines for a total of 174.000 euros.
