Manovrina, on slot penalties the Government also intends to verify extension of terms

(Jamma) The Government has yet to verify the possibility of introducing an extension of the terms set out in the IMU decree for the agreed resolution of the dispute relating to the maxi-penalties contested by the gaming concessionaires.

In the latest version of the draft of the 'handle' approved by the Council of Ministers last week it was in fact completely modified the text of Article 5 compared to the original draft. In the latest version, the rule that would have introduced a reduction from 25 to 20% on the total amount to be paid is canceled and an extension of the deadlines is inserted. But apparently even this measure will have to be evaluated during the examination of the provision by the technicians.

"The deadlines of 15 October 2013 and 15 November 2013, referred to in article 14, paragraph 2, of the decree-law of 31 August 2013, n. 102, are respectively extended to (November 8, 2013) and to (November 20, 2013) and the 15-day term within which the appeals section deliberates in closed session is reduced to (7 days)" reads the text of the " Maneuver".
