Licata (AG), 7 illegal slot machines seized in a bar: the manager fined

The Carabinieri of the Company of Licata (AG), as part of checks aimed at combating illegal gaming, seized 7 electronic amusement and entertainment devices not connected to the electronic network of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. Following the check carried out in a bar located in a well-known neighborhood of the city, the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section, by cross-referencing the available information with that acquired during territorial control services, discovered, turned on and functioning, seven video game machines, such as slot machines, without distribution authorization and identification codes, in which electronic cards were installed that allowed casino games with cash prizes, not connected to the ADM telematic network which allows the registration of games and the calculation of the tax due to the Treasury. Various administrative sanctions applied to the bar manager, who will also be accused of failing to pay the evaded state tax.
